Some troopers of the Nigerian Military in Abuja have been accused of torturing and raping dozens of women arrested from Obigbo (Oyigbo) in Rivers State, between October and November 2020, throughout a raid within the space.

The ladies confessed that two feminine victims have been tortured to demise whereas others have been routinely raped through the weeks they spent on the detention facility in Mogadishu Barracks, Asokoro.
