Saheed Osupa, Dele Odule Others Join Wasiu Ayinde to Appease MC Murphy Over Alleged Assault

Celebrities like Saheed Osupa, Dele Odule and Sefiu Alao have joined King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall (KWAM 1) to appease a well-liked broadcaster, Wole Sorunke (MC Murphy) who was allegedly assaulted by Ayinde final week.

MOBILIZED9JA reported earlier that the Ogun broadcaster had accused Wasiu Ayinde and his ‘boys’ of beating him up on the sixtieth party of the Olu of Itori, Oba Fatai Akamo.

It was mentioned that Ayinde and Sorunke met on the occasion as musician and compère respectively.

Sorunke alleged that the Fuji musician pounced on him with the aids of a few of his boys, whom he recognized as KC and Gaji, the place he sat.

This, he defined, was after Ayinde had ignored him and a shopper he took to his stage.

The incident generated mixed-reactions from folks because the Freelance and Impartial Broadcasters Affiliation of Nigeria (FIBAN) ordered its members to cease taking part in Ayinde songs on their radio and tv programmes.

However on Thursday, the difficulty was mentioned to have been resolved at a gathering held on the palace of Olu Itori in Ewekoro Native Authorities Space of Ogun State.

On the assembly, which MOBILIZED9JA learnt lasted for about three hours, Ayinde was mentioned to have taken duty for his actions.

The Nationwide Chairman of FIBAN, Desmond Nwachukwu, mentioned the ace Fuji musician, “humbled himself; said his aspect of the story and took duty for the actions of his boys” on the assembly.

Nwachukwu quoted Wasiu as apologizing to MC Murphy and FIBAN, saying, “By his assurance that nothing of such will occur round him ever once more, a cordial relationship between us appear to have been birthed.”

It was gathered that the assembly was facilitated by Mayor Akinpelu, Dele Odule, Hon Biodun Akinlade and a few high authorities functionaries.
