The Ministry of Human Companies and Social Improvement in Kaduna, has introduced the arrest of a 40-year previous man for allegedly defiling a 13-year-old lady within the state.
The suspect, Musa Hassan was arrested by the Nigeria Safety and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kaduna State Command.
